We all have a story to tell. Telling our story (and being heard!) is the key to unlocking our capacity to live free, balanced and healthy lives. However, many of us carry narratives deep inside, locked in our joints, our muscle tissue and frozen by the chaos of daily living. Yoga and meditation allows us to free ourselves by stilling our minds and helping us listen deeply to the tales within. I have spent the past fifteen years working with writers and I'm inspired by the power of storytelling to transform and heal. I have also completed a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Works, and am certified in Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga with Jillian Pransky. StoryFlow teaches students how to relax the the body and mind so they may more easily access their own stories.
